From India
===================

Q:  Hello Respected Sir,

I am a 23 year old male from India.  I recently went through your web site, it is very good.  I am working in the cyber centre in Bangalore.  In the meanwhile I am taking a computer course in Java.

I am very much interested in software works but my family background is very poor.  I am the only son in the family even though I am working very hard in the late night. So give me advice in the positive.

The fact that you could make this submission to MountainWings means that you are on the internet.  Most of the world can’t say that.  You have a struggle, as most do anywhere in the world when they want to move from one level to the next.  The only direction where the going is easy is down.

It is hard for many to understand when old people think back on the good old days and long for them.  They will often say it was a time when they didn’t have much but enjoyed the little they had much more than the abundance of their later years.

If your spirit is right, there is joy in the struggle.

I too once struggled with long working hours and low pay.  I am in America, not India, but principles are the same not matter where you live.  I was working in a family business, 14 hour days were common.

I earn multiples of the money that I made then.  I don’t have to work as hard, but I do.  I have a much larger budget and staff now.

I enjoyed my work then as I do now.  I was happy then as I am now.  If you like working with computers and software, then you can find opportunities everywhere for you are connected to the world via the net.

Yes, you have a struggle.

Ahh, the good old days.
