On The Rocks
=========

It's frozen here in Atlanta. Last night, freezing rain poured
down for hours. These are the worst driving conditions that
I've ever seen. The street is a solid layer of thick ice.

Out of my window I can see two extremes. A car stuck in the
driveway with its lights flashing. They've been flashing for the
past few hours. Man's best engineering crippled by cold water.

I count seven geese swimming on the lake. Although it's below
freezing, they are swimming along in freezing water as
comfortable as if it were a sunny day.

Man's engineering - God's engineering.

Most churches will be closed this Sunday; people are just stuck.
Our churches will be open.

Our physical church, The ARK of Salvation will start service at
11 AM as usual. My four-wheel drive so we will safely make it
over the ice.

Many of you won't be able to make it to church either and it has
nothing to do with ice but it does have something to do with
cold rocks. Our other church will be open also.
