I am a Cardiac EMT and I found The Stroke Song to be excellent.

Another tip for anyone experiencing any of the symptoms:

Immediately dial 911, whether you are able to speak or not,
it doesn't matter. Just dial 911 and leave the phone line open.

They will find you.

The same goes for cell phones.
The new cell phones have GPS.
Dial 911 and keep the line open, help will arrive.
