The Courage to Fight

I just wanted to say God Bless You.

I've wanted to quit smoking for awhile now and have had many
"quit" days.

Today was one.

I went almost all day without a cigarette then I broke again.

Sitting here I decided to check my email and your issue,
"Terror Level Red" really hit home.

I am the only one who can fight these cravings.

Do I choose to live or die?

I think you just gave me the courage to fight.
